And that is what we’ve had here on the Eastern Shore. As we were sitting down for dinner with family and friends that beautiful flaky white snow began to lightly fall. Just enough to cover the grassy spots but not the roads. When we went to bed there was about an inch of the fluffy white coating. Just enough to make a magical Christmas night.
It was, well for me, the perfect topping for a perfect Christmas. Dinner was one of Beatrice’s specialty’s, Lasagna. And since we have some friends that are not red meat eaters, the meatballs ( another of B’s specialties) and sausage were on the side.
So, from all of us at the Frog & PenguINN we hope your Christmas was as nice as ours.

Good Morning Lois and Ann. Yes it was a really nice Christmas day. Now the starvation diet MUST BEGIN.... or i'll be wearing one of those nice blue tarps... :-)
I've enjoyed reading all of your Christmas posts. Looks like you've had a wonderful holiday!
Our hosts were very generous with their hospitallity, friendship, and breaking of the bread with their special Christmas Dinner. We were blessed to be part of the festivities. Too, our two wonderful friends: "Thank you so much for your love and friendship. The food was great and the company fantastic." Love, M and B
Thanks everyone, we did have a lovely Christmas Day and the snow falling while we were at dinner was beautiful despite the amount we got.
Marty, thank you and Bob for joining us - it made the day even more special to share with friends.
