Maybe, some folks have seen these before
Of course, we’ve seen store escalators for shoppers but this one at a Target store in a NH mall was a first for us – an escalator just for carts.
The cart is placed on the escalator on the 2nd floor, the shopper rides on one next to it, then reclaims his/her cart on the 1st floor.

That's a first for me. Target is finally coming to Canada btw, but I'm not sure when they will roll out.
i have never seen a cart escalator OR a Target store with a 2nd floor.
My comment is the same as Sandra's. That is certainly new to me!
Wow, that's a first for me too! Never seen a two story target.
In a few train stations in Europe they had baggage escalators next to the stairways.I have never seen a 2 floor Target.

Hi Everyone, Thanks for your comments and interesting to read that we were not the only ones to find this a "first." We are not mall shoppers, but find then interesting places to visit especially on nasty weather days. And you never know what unusual things can be seen.
Add me to those who have never seen this before. Of course, living in Fairbanks we are often behind the times and out of sync.....
