Going Thru the Wash
That's what Grenville's Jeep needed during our road trip to Lancaster, PA a couple of weeks ago. We drove through snowy roads in VA, MD, DE and then PA.

Nothing like a good wash to make everything feel better - it's like a different car!:)
It's a miserable time of year for cars -- if you like them clean anyway.
The first thing a dinner guest commented on was my clean car.I got caught in a salty road storm the other day and was coated bad.
Looks all nice and pretty but wait!! is that snow on the ground? Wont it get dirty again?
My car is a mess and now covered in several inches of snow! Oh well, the sun will be out tomorrow..... =)
This is certainly dirty car weather! Ours is also covered in snow. Putting our trip off for one more day.
And now you get to do it again!
I hate my car dirty...yet it is so hard to keep it clean in Winter!...:)JP
It sure made a great improvement. I keep thinking I will get dirt on my coat as I get in and out of a dirty car.
All this winter weather leaves a lot of dirt behind on the cars. Amazing what a difference a good wash will do. :)
Five inches? Grenville must be in heaven!
Best part was that my cell phone and wallet both stayed dry this time....

I'm beginning to feel a wee bit guilty for basking in sun on the front porch this morning...
