It’s been awhile (2 weeks) since the first What is This? of this new year. Haven’t you just been waiting for the next one?
Here’s one that may be a bit more challenging – because you are a tough group to fool. It looks like water on glass, that’s the easy part of this challenge.

And the prize is . . . bragging rights ONLY this time. Grenville said it’s too cold to be outdoors working in the garden or turning the compost pile.
