Enjoy Your Weekend Everyone
Lighted kayaks on the Nashua River this weekend
These Friday Funnies posts are lighthearted, but are no way intended to downplay the seriousness of the COVID-19 pandemic. We hope that everyone is social distancing, masking up as appropriate and washing hands often.

For a moment I was about to be astounded at those pelicans in New Hampshire and then I realized the picture was taken in Virginia!
I don't think they are 2 metres, sorry 6 feet.

Oh, what fun! Have an AWESOME time! And an AWESOME weekend, my friend!
Love the photo!!!
Love seeing those pelicans. We have them here too. Beautiful birds.
you know i always try to have fun on my blog, and I hope everyone knows it has nothing to do with not taking C-19 seriously. I surely do. the lighted kayaks will be beautiful and safe for the rowers. hope the weather stays good so we can see your photos
Love the photos. They remind me of when we had posts at a beach on the lake and the seagulls congregated.
I love seeing all the birds. Even though these are very serious days, we still need humor and smiles in our lives. You have a wonderful weekend, hugs, Edna B.
Great irony.
It is nice to be a little light hearted now and again and have a laugh. Have a wonderful weekend.
They look like real characters.
Relevant picture to our times of covid-19 and social distancing! It puts a smile on our lips, and that's good.
I really like this shot.
A great image Dorothy. Even in the most serious of times we all need a good smile, so thank you :) I'm thinking the experts would even agree with that.
That's a great photo. They all have their own private space - - rent free.
Beatrice, Love pelicans! For water birds here in east Tennessee, we have geese, ducks, blue herons, egrets, seagulls and an occasional loon. With all of our lakes and streams, we also have Bald Eagles, osprey and kingfishers...all looking for fresh fish snacks. Stay Safe and Take Care, Big Daddy Dave
Handy spots for watching out for fish. We are so lucky to have no cases in Queensland but it is because of our premier keeping the borders closed which is causing angst in the federal govt wanting to get the economy going again.
Surveying their kingdom at a distance.
Cool photo!
I love pelicans and that is a mighty fine photo.
We absolutely take the pandemic seriously and practice safety, but humor is a good thing! I couldn't have gotten thru some situations without it.
Cute birds on the ES!
