As Beatrice will say in the next post (cause i am late with mine), we went to the 5th Annual Do-Dah Parade in one of the suburbs of the Greater Onley Metro Area.
A few years ago some folks in Onancock decided that 4th of July evening was getting boring so they organized the Do-Dah Parade. An event that allows you to decorate your bike, wagon, golf cart, lawn tractor, and even yourself in any patriotic way.
This was the first year we actually got to see the parade since it is not widely advertised, nor is it officially sanctioned. I decided that shooting some video would be the best way to share the flavor of it with you. BUT thanks to a severe thunderstorm we are in the middle of right now the video did not upload. SOOOO as a preview here is a collage of some participants. Video to come tomorrow, I promise.
The video is even better, I promise!!!!

Looks like a fun day, looking forward to your video.
Looks like you had fun... You didn't dress up?
You got those pics up zippity.
Now that is my kind of parade, the one the city gives has gotten so commercial and lacks fun.
Parades are to be fun and this one looks nifty. I hope you had a good one. WE too had storms and high winds.
Looks like fun, and everyone seems to be enjoying themselves.
Great pictures! What fun! :D
Thanks Everyone.
If you like the stills you'll love the video.
