This weekend, we were at a decoy art show. Here’s a visual photo pun of that event . . . ready (or not)
There were lots of these – Ducks in a Row
Sunset on the way home from the show – colorful end of day.
Hi Beatrice .... a "quacking" good amount of work went into making those duck ...they are beauties!!A cracking good collage of photos of the sunset....very nice!
Two gorgeous collages! That sunset was a beautiful way to end the weekend.
A simply ducky post.
The best part of this show is that they have snacks. This year they brought in a cow so we could have Milk and Quackers!!!!!!!
I enjoy looking over carvings. A friend was backlogged about 3 years when he passed away.
Thx for stopping by. Nice sunset shots. Not sure if we talked, but I had a photo booth @ the Art Festival. Blue Skies.
Those ducks are really well made and I love the sunset photographs!Have a great day now!Christer.
Glad you all enjoyed the duck decoy and sunset collages. Yes, Grammie G. many of these decoys are so beautiful, many are collectibles only and never put in the water as decoys. Thanks Elaine and AC. Very punny Grenville. Steve, some carvers only take special orders rather than invest so much time in a carving. Hi Ken, thanks for the visit, - not sure whether or not I stopped by your exhibit. We were in the cafeteria on Sat.Thanks Christer, the sunset shots were taken with my small point & shoot digital while Grenville was driving us home.
Ducks in a row--ha! :D Lovely sunset photos!
Glad you liked the photo-pun, Daisy. The sunset pics were taken from the car while Grenville was driving; sometimes they just work out so well with minimal effort.
