All Hallows' Eve is the traditional name for Halloween. In the Christian calendar, it marks the evening before All Hallows' Day or All Saints' Day on November 1. All Hallows' Eve was shortened to 'Hallow-e'en by the 16th century and today is simply Halloween and it's still celebrated on October 31.

A wonderfully wicked assortment of witches for my favorite time of year.
I love the witches and I can't wait for Halloween!!! :)
Just came from Annies post of her Witch collection, looks like today is the day for cute ugly witches...
Such Pretties. They are a lovely group aren't they?
The one at top left is my favourite.
Nice collection of freaky looking Witches. Have a great weekend:)
I agree with Denise. Time is flying so fast I can't keep up.
Bewitching maybe. Beguiling not. :)
What a fun collection of witches.
I don’t decorate for Halloween, but always enjoy seeing the neighbors’s decorations. 😊
When I went to Walmart the other day, they were putting up CHRISTMAS DECORATIONS!!!! Good gravy, can't we enjoy one holiday at a time?!?!?!...:)jp
I like them all. It's such fun to have hot cider in going in the slow cooker while decorating the house for Halloween.
Quite the frightening collection! Happy Halloween.
