The supply of paint cans represented these artists painting media. At various times, three to five artists worked on this mural over an entire day.
Positive Street Art coordinates, promotes and administers workshops, events and activities to create a safe and violence-free environment and create a positive approach to urban art. Some of the other actives include drawing, graphic design, photography, and fashion.
Positive Arts has been cleaning up some up some areas within the city's downtown by the addition of colorful and meaningful street murals. A large patriotic themed mural was completed earlier this summer.
This mural was completed in Renaissance Park which is within walking distance of our mill apt. It will most likely be relocated in the near future and perhaps even given a name. Meanwhile, we've been enjoying its vibrant colors during several morning walks.

Our town has created some historical murals but not street art types.
I love it, especially the green swirls and I did not know they use spray paint to do these. wow
How nice to be able to enjoy this mural on your walks. I don't know of anything like this near us. When we lived in Canton, GA, there were many murals painted on the downtown buildings.

The artists did a good job. The paintings are vibrant and inviting.
Our town of Pontiac, Il had art done by The Wall Dogs, great recreations of 50's 60's signage that make you smile whenever you see them. These artists you show are equally amazing, so much vitality in their work.

Doesn't it look like graffiti to you? I must be the only one who doesn't like this. It is very popular, I know, I saw something just like it in Eastbourne. My in-laws (who are older than I am!) also liked the brightly spray-painted wall that was in their town. For myself, I just said, "as long as you like it!" :-)

That is a bright and cheerful mural. Our city had a section set off downtown for street art by local artists.
Yes, we have an alley that has great graphic art on the sides of all the buildings.
I really like the middle picture better than the finished one.
