I have no idea. When I see vehicles going the wrong direction, it’s usually due to construction.

That is so interesting. I had no idea what was going on there until I read Marcia's comment. That made sense to me, so I'm going with the red truck is being towed.

My very first thought was the same as Marcia's (comment above). I assumed the red truck is possibly being towed.

I'm no good at puzzles. I saw the word 'towed' in the comments, and I must shamefully admit I had to look it up (english is not my native language, so sometimes I have to do that).
Well, 'towed' sounds reasonable as we don't see a driver in the red truck.
I guess this truck is being towed.

I presume that the red truck is being towed. It is SO startling to wake from a snooze in the passenger seat to see a vehicle being towed that way!
