Thanks Everyone for the suggested captions. Grace, to answer your question, this was an exhibit from one of the artists at the Heritage Celebration we participated in last week. You might say this guy was really wired to his work...OK really a bad pun.
I had missed this one when you first posted it...and glad to have seen it this time....interesting and creative. I wonder if one of those could shoo the pesky blackbirds that have swarmed in taking over our birdfeeders and challenging the birds we like.

Ohhh.... that is really a strange thing to see. Can't say as I would like it in my house, but you have to admire the imagination of the artist.
