NO, we are not travelling abroad.
YES, we are still in New England.
A post earlier this week showed the snowfall we saw since arriving in NH.
It was quite a different scene driving along Rte. 95 today.
Our destination was Lisbon, Maine to meet fellow blogger Grammie G. (Grace) of Grammie’s Ramblings. We had a wonderful afternoon of conversation and enjoyed some delicious homemade chicken soup and dumplings + freshly made gingersnap cookies. THANKS, Grace!
And, we also saw MORE snow . . .
This was our second face-to-face meeting with a fellow blogger in recent months. While on our NH road trip last Oct we met Elaine of Artic View and her husband, Marty. Coincidentally, both get-togethers happened while we were travelling in NH – hmmm, maybe we’ll meet other bloggers on our next New England road trip ?

Is Barcelona anywhere nearby?
No Anvilcloud, we can't drive to Barcelona. We would have loved to do that when we sailed out of there for several years. ;)
Looks like a beautiful day for such a trip
Hi Lois and AC. No the Lisbon we visited today was in Maine, and home to blogger Grammies Ramblins. YES we got to meet, visit, and even have a wonderful lunch with Grace. Great Chicken Dumpling soup and tasty Ginger snaps....

Pretty pictures! I see you're getting to see some snow. It's fun to meet other bloggers, isn't it. I've met a couple. I'm glad to hear you are enjoying your trip.
Fun to meet fellow Bloggers! Love your collages.
I have only met one blogger and it was really a fun meeting over brunch at a cracker barrel on the Interstate as she passed through our town. the snow makes me shiver, it is beautiful and glad you are having so much fun
Hey guys! Thanks for the phone call, ga$, and weather report from Maine! I needed a break from pulling up honeysuckle!
That looks like just enough snow for me. Do NOT bring any snow home with you. a stone, yes, snow NO!
Have a safe one.
Thanks Carole,we did have great weather, the snow was the day before!
Grace, those cookies were so good as was the soup and seconds (and thirds) is a big compliment to the cook! Thanks again, wish it wasn't such a long trip so we could have stayed longer too.
Yes Sandra and Daisy it IS fun to meet fellow bloggs and when we have it was like getting together with friends we've known a long, which we have through our blogs!
Hi Possum, glad we could help with giving you a work break...and we do have a rock for you too.
Mona, glad you enjoyed the collages and I have such fun selecting photos to use in them, but Picasa does all the rest of the work...easy, peasy!
Snow and a visit with Grace with some yummy sounding food thrown in. I love meeting up with fellow bloggers. I've met 5 over the years but some of them don't blog anymore.
The snow looks little more than a dusting. It appears that NH is not getting snow either this year like it is used to getting. It's fun to meet fellow bloggers. I've met five so far. I hope to revisit the bloggers whom I have met and meet more in the future!
Hi Eileen (Cicero) and Linda, boy you really have us beat with having met 5 fellow bloggers each. But we hope to continue and so may one day catch up. yes, it is such fun meeting folks you feel you already know as friends. Thanks for the visit and comments.
Glad to see you finally got together with Grammie G, and hooray for Grenville, he got to see some snow, although it looks a bit sparse to me. Personally I'm thrilled when I don't see snow when we're traveling.....
Gorgeous sunset in the last post, BTW!!
Yes, Elaine it was fun to meet Grace, especially after also meeting you and Marty last Oct. We hope to meet more fellow bloggers on future travels. And I'm with you on liking the snow better when not travelling in it.
