This sign was seen in a the produce department of a local supermarket this week. Notice anything unusual ?

Artichokes, anyone? |
Exactly — those tomatoes didn't look like what was advertised on the sign below. Maybe, we should have checked the tomato display for artichokes ?
To All: A heartfelt Thank You for your condolences on the passing of my friend, Solange. Your comments were very much appreciated by Patrick and myself.
Enjoy Your Weekend, Everyone
We're on a short road trip to celebrate the 28th anniversary of our 1st date.
We'll celebrate our August wedding anniversary with a much longer trip.

Enjoy your short road trip to celebrate the 28th anniversary of your first date.
All the best Jan
Hope your trip ia a marvellous success and that you stay away from red round artichokes.
Oh dear! Enjoy your road trip.
Hi Beatrice, Those are certainly crazy looking artichokes. Jumbos too! Our anniversary is on the anniversary of our 1st date. We were married one year after that date. Take Care, Big Daddy Dave
That’s quite the mix-up!
Maybe the artichokes are hiding somewhere nearby.
LOL, wonder how long the sign stayed up before someone mentioned it to the produce manager or store manager. Safe travels and enjoy your little trip, and congrats on your anniversary. We've been married over 50 years, and I remember our first date in what we did and what I wore; but not the date. Too long ago I guess.

Maybe, they don’t know the difference? Anyway, enjoy your road trip. I wish Dave and I could go on one.
I wonder how they charged for those “artichokes at checkout? Haha. Love that you guys celebrate whenever there’s an occasion! Enjoy! Was the first date the same year as the wedding?
Oh dearest Beatrice! I really put a hand in my mouth when I saw the signage hahahaha Totally cute and funny! I am so happy and celebrating with you your 28th Anniversary of your first date! That is such cuteness! Know that we are happy and hoping that you spend an amazing road trip! I will also be on a roadtrip for my 35th birthday next month and I'm excited to be with one of my best friends again from my old position.
Best Wishes Beatrice and Patrick! And my sincerest condolences for the passing of Solange :(

I'm thinking they looked a little odd looking for artichokes but delicious if they were tomatoes ;) Have a wonderful trip and I look forward to your blog posts about it.
Heartfelt greetings for the 28th anniversary of your first date dear Dorothy ♥️🥰
Have safe travels you both 🙏
Now, that is funny!
Sorry to read about Solange. Sounds like she had quite the life. It would have been fascinating to talk to her and hear her tale.
Oops.
How funny! I have artichokes in the garden just now, they are delicious.
And did the labels on the tomatoes say Asparagus?
Not only that but 2 for $5 is not a special if 1 is 2:50.
Hilarious 😂 They are nice looking tomatoes 🍅 certainly not artichokes.
