This fellow was seen hanging around in Nashua a couple of weeks ago and is wired up to prevent a fall.
As you may have figured out, this is not a human. The realistic sculpture was created by the owner of the tailor shop that it's hanging around. He has created several other figures that are sometimes in front of the shop
Unfortunately, this building close to downtown Nashua has been affected by graffiti by those with no regard for property and no artistic talent aside from defacement. It's far from being funny. I'm not sure if this figure was meant to be seen as cleaning the brickwork.
Enjoy your weekend, Everyone
The weekend will be a rainy one in Nashua, NH

Graffiti is a scourge worldwide.
I knew that it was not human but it sure looks human and he did a super job of creating it. It does look like the figure is cleaning the graffiti. Great capture
Graffiti is definitely a pestilence.
Graffiti is spreading all around town here too. I would love to see a sculpture like that... creatively sending a great message.
Well, I found this image very amusing. Haha.
I had to take a second look. Well done sculpture.
What a light-hearted and creative thing to do.
It had me fooled. ☺️ Graffiti is miserable...such a lack of respect for shop owners.
Took a second look...so realistic!
I think the response to the senseless damage is fabulous!
Oooooh. Scary.
Graffiti is terrible and the blight of every city it seems.
The sculpture is amazing and certainly tells a story.
Thanks for sharing it.
I do love to see people's creativity.

Took a second look. Was very concerned about his legs--lol! Fooled me for a minute. I never get out so I don't know if graffiti is a problem here. I hope not. I like to assume he is cleaning the graffiti and not adding to it. ;)
It does look like he is making a comment about what is on the wall. It is funny for sure.
Interesting stucture! I believe it conveys the message of anti-graffity.
She definitely looks like she's wiping off the graffiti!
Besides the hair, it’s very realistic.
Had me fooled! I just thought it was a bit off balance to be so sideways, but what do I know? Yes, graffiti is a mess and I hate to see it taking over our cities and many other places as well. But there is so much other ugly stuff happening in our cities that is even so much worse. Our country is really suffering because of the lack of true law enforcement (not the police, but those above). Very sad indeed. But thank you for bringing us a smile today. Have a blessed weekend.
great creation, with more artistic merit than the graffiti.
Took a few seconds to figure out he's not human.
The wall could use a nice mural.
I wonder how long the dummy remains there before some dummy vandalises it!!!
Enjoy your weekend, Beatrice...take care. :)
This figure looks rather real! It is holding a paintbrush so maybe attempting to paint over the not so pretty graffiti? I hope the graffiti not-artists in your neighbourhood soon find something more constructive to do.
Love the sculpture but not graffiti.
It's very convincing. I thought for a moment he (or she) was real! It must draw people's attention, for sure. I agree with you about graffiti that's meaningless and is just defacing.
yes had me fooled for a sec because of my instinct to feel for others instantly empathetically :)
Graffiti is new term to me so i am going to look for it
hugs and best wishes
Beatrice, At least the shop owner tries to bring a little humor to the scourge of graffiti. Kudos to him! Take Care, Big Daddy Dave
It's very realistic - had me fooled! Haha!
Hugs and blessings, Dorothy
Cute scene but feel the way you do about the graffiti.
Dorothy I hate graffiti. Even the artistic type, what gives people the entitlement to deface property?
I like wall art but not random graffiti.
I was fooled at first and really had to look again!!
Some art on buildings that is commissioned is quite cool, but never graffiti. So sad!

This is a clever art work and looks very realistic. Graffiti is very annoying isn't it?
