An improvement on clothes washing clothes on rocks in the river . . .
But where do the cords plug in?
These appliances were removed from laundry rooms in the mill apt complex where we reside and replaced with new washers and dryers. Management opted to outsource the laundry rooms to a New England company vs. being responsible for maintenance of the machines. The newer ones offer more washing and drying options, unfortunately the cost is a bit higher.
Enjoy Your Weekend, Everyone

Happy Thanksgiving!
Those machines look fine. I wonder what was wrong with them. You have a super day, hugs, Edna B.
Ha hA! I love how you see the comedy in fun pictures and situations! I'm wondering too what's wrong with them! They look pretty nice to me. Hope you are having a wonderful weekend...are you traveling back home yet? We had a great day yesterday and I am relaxing today. Tomorrow starts the taking down one season and putting up the next...so I'm taking it easy today. Blessings to you and yours.
Those look new! Hope you like the replacements!
Here it is a grey day.
There is a laundry in my building, but I tend to use the laundromat down the street.
they sure look nice and clean and like someone could use them
Out with the old.
I prefer the top loading washing machine; the three in the picture wouldn't be of any use to me.
That's a costly affair replacing all those machines.
Beautiful day here, 22 deg C (F71 deg).
The costs are always higher! We need a new washer and dryer, but with global supply chain issues they are not easy to come by, and the prices have good through the roof.
I'd like to have one! Ours are quite old. The washing machine has been acting up for a while. Ron knows just where and with the right pressure to push on the lid to keep the cycle going. LOL
As others have said, they look brand-new. I wonder what was wrong with them that all three needed to be replaced.
I wonder if there is anyone sitting in front of them waiting for the latest episodes of "Star Trek" to start!
The look like the pods from 2001: A Space Odyssey
