When you gotta go, it won't be here as this one is locked and blocked — double security.
This site is the pocket park being constructed near the mill apts. To make sure the portable toilet won't be used by non-construction workers, a padlock wasn't enough, so this excavator blocked entry. Unfortunately, homeless people have been known to encamp in unsecured toilets.
Enjoy Your Weekend, Everyone

...that's quit a lock.
Well, Holy Crap!
NO ONE will be entering this pot o let for sure.. I imagine it is much cooler in Canada than down here in Floridas record breaking May heat wave. we are not as bad as Miami YET
That's both funny and sad at the same time.
Oh, my!
Wow! They mean "business". LOL. Hope no one decides to just leave them a "gift" outside. Pew...Okay that's enough. Enjoy your time in PEI. I would LOVE to visit there!
Oh my, that's really security in full force!
Sue
I haven't decided whether it's funny or sad.
Do you remember when we had one of those on our driveway for our bathroom remodel and a utility meter reader used it?
Glad to have both of you here!
Really? Seems sort of extreme but it doesn't belong to me.
Wow! quite a blockage!
Enjoy your trip in PEI, Canada!
Good grief! This would be both frustrating and sad. I have never seen such a scene!
Thou shalt not pass.
How sad that a person is desperate enough to sleep on a porta potty.
Now that is quite a picture! Enjoy your trip to Prince Edward Island. We've talked about going up there ourselves one of these days.
Clever folks.
Staying inside a portable toilet, a person has to be very desperate.
There is something inherently wrong with a society that can create weapons that have the potential to destroy life on Earth yet cannot devise a system to house the poorest of its citizens.
Well,I guess. What annoys me is a locked purportedly public toilet. The Province of Ontario has public facilities on the Transcanada Highway in the summer. As of September 1 they are closed down.
That's certainly high security for a humble toilet. Perhaps if there were more public toilets such security wouldn't be necessary?
A crappy world sometimes requires extreme measures. I think it's a good idea.
How many people could use it while the construction crew was gone? And how desperate must some poor soul be to want to sleep in a porta potty? Seems kind of cruel and sad. :(
how in the world could someone live in that. but i do see people randomly use them when they shouldn't be!! it appears the port a jon is celebrating the holiday weekend in it's, red, white and blue!!
That's over-kill, in my opinion.
Funny and sad at the same time.
oh this can be camp for needy ???
sounds painful
