There's construction going on in the mill yard right near Cotton Mill, another one of the mill apartment buildings.

Hi Beatrice, Well my best guess is that its going to be a walkway and/or bike trail. I agree that its not strong enough looking for any kind of tram or mass transit conveyance. I do know that I wouldn't be happy if that was built in front of my view of the river! Take Care, Big Daddy Dave

Wheelchair access ramp would be my guess.
I guess I will go with the majority and say elevated walkway.

Yikes, they are right on the water! It looks like Venice! My guess is some kind of high walkway.
If they are building a walkway it's too high. It looks like it will obstruct the view of lower levels of apartments.
Some tram-way, and those apartments next to it are out of luck!
Whatever they build,it's not going to add to the beauty to the overall scenery.

The construction work looks like a walkway or disability ramp. I'm sure when it's finished it'll be a helpful addition and folk will enjoy the riverside views even more.

I've no idea, but I'm going with the elevated walkway theory.
I would say a boardwalk, but then I have inside information that none of us got it right lol...so my guess would be they are building an unfinished something or other lol
