Thanks for all your Easter wishes and we hope your holiday was celebrated with family, friends or both. Our Easter road trip included a visit with grandson, granddaughter and their mom. Egg- coloring eggs is a long-standing family favorite.
Also at Easter, we celebrated several April birthdays with family members in CT. The kids helped to blow out candles

Easter and family with birthdays makes it all very special. And oh the cake looks so good too.
I looked forward to coloring and then hiding the eggs every year. When I had children of my own I also experimented with various ways to color them. Some years we used brushes. We tried several organic methods. We even did some pysanky which are Ukrainian Easter eggs. Always something new.
