Percy the penguin and Ferdinand the frog also have a new companion for the season. As of now, these mini scarecrows are nameless, but we're open to any suggestions.
Leaf peepers will soon be out and about as the New England states display their autumnal color show. Soon, we'll be taking walks in the nearby Mine Falls park. As of this week, the park was still fairly green. However, there's been some recent rain storms and cooler overnight temperatures and within a few weeks, the park will have some colorful foliage.
Enjoy your weekend, Everyone
(Our thoughts will be with those affected by "Irma.")

This view is gorgeous!
We are seeing the first modest signs.
I am drawing a blank on names but please NOT Irma, Jose or Katia. your entry way looks beautiful
I love the effect in the first picture. It looks like the scarecrows have tossed leaves into the air.
Love the fall decorations Dorothy and such a pretty scene.
Scarlet and Scottie were two names that came to mind.
Love your Autumn decor. Signs of the season are starting to show here too.
It looks like you're set for fall!
I've seen the first fall colours here in late August, and I've now decided to wear my leather jacket each day, so there's a coolness in the air here.
Regarding your comment in my post yesterday, during the four days the machines were roaming the streets of the downtown core, they spent time around numerous landmarks aside from city hall, the convention centre, and the Market. They were also at the National Gallery and Notre Dame Basilica, past Parliament Hill to the Supreme Court, Victoria Island, and finished everything in a finale at the War Museum.
I really like seeing your fall presentation. Your scarecrow looks very happy.
Looking forward to seeing lovely autumn colours from you.
I love your fall decor! Very cheerful and welcoming. I know you'll come up with some cute names. The first year we were married, John made a life-sized scarecrow and named it for my mother, Peggy! lol (she let John borrow some old clothes of hers to make the scarecrow!)
You have such a creative side and I love your fall decorations! What a lovely view!
