this made me laugh out loud.. i am wondering if the overkill with rope was to keep someone from stealing it for their garage or barn when the sign got knocked down. OR someone is holding it hostage?

It is really wrapped up for a hurricane.
For some reason that I can't explain that is one of the funniest things I have ever seen! I can't stop laughing.
They must be out of duct tape.
Wow- that's a bit ridiculous! The sign looks brand new, too. Now someone will probably steal that nice rope.
No risk of that sign getting away.
I guess they didn't have any nails and a hammer.... ;)
