When the weather outside is snowy ❄️ and frigid 🥶 one of the best things to do is sit down for a good read.
That's exactly what Maxine was doing recently at the NH Hudson Senior Center.
We are returning home today from a short getaway to N Conway, NH. We rendezvoused (isn't this a great word?) with long-time friends from our native NJ and also celebrated my birthday. Family members sent some fun gifts which will be featured in a post next week.

I Love the Maxine photo and Patrick with her is great. She looks nice and comfy for this winter weather. I am happy you were in North Conway having such a good time with friends. It sure is a beautiful place in all seasons! I enjoyed living there, although the winters were just a bit too long for this Florida girl. Still, the view of a snow-capped Mt. Washington was always a thrill to see from many different vantage points around the area. I knew them all and would take people there to see it. One of my favorite statements was, "On a clear day you can see Mt. Washington from here," because it was often covered with clouds and you couldn't see it at all! LOL. Happy Continued Birthday celebration!!
