Regular readers of this blog know my fondness for collecting images of vanity plates here in NH. Apparently they're popular in many other states, including the 49th.
Here was one seen on a car in Fairbanks in the hotel parking lot. But the best plate find was seeing this car with a NH plate in one of our port stops (forgot if it was in Skagway, Juneau or Ketchikan). It was quite a surprise, unfortunately, we didn't get a chance to meet the driver.

A NH plate was quite a find for sure. That was a long drive!
When my daughter was little, to keep her occupied on a long drive, we used to keep a tally of the licence plates of different provinces, territories and states.

When we went to the Gapse in Quebec last summer a motorcycle came up to us. he was from NH and was surprised to see NH plates on a car there. I'm glad we were able to catch up with him, so I know your surprise seeing this plate. Have a super day. hugs-Erika
I always feel that way when I see a car here from Georgia or one with Chatham County GA which is my birth county
I know I'm tired, but I can't even figure out the first one--lol!

It was a nice surprise seeing a NH license plate in Alaska.
To tell you how observant I am, I didn't get the last one. Of course I didn't think about Alaska!

Hello! Just seeing if you had posted anything about your trip yet. Excited to hear all about it when you get the chance. Enjoyed these license plates. I saw my first Alaska one with a bear on it today in our area.
I turned on the television tonight to watch some HGTV, and the first thing I head was a mention of Nashua!

And that NH Plate, OMG it is very very surprising to see not just on the other coast but even all the way up north! I am so happy to hear that you have an amazing time on your cruise! Oh I haven-t been yet and my friends from Venezuela did it a month ago for the first time as well and they only had the most amazing stories that made me want to try it as well in the future! I am excited for your next on!
