Grenville took a turn before the "blue" screen at the Mount Washington Weather Discovery Center, an interactive weather museum, in North Conway, NH.
Mount Washington at 6,288 feet is the highest peak in the Northeastern U.S and is in the Presidential Range in the White Mountains of NH. It's the most prominent mountain east of the Mississippi River and is well known for "the world's worst weather." This was the mountaintop view when we visited the area in mid-May.
It's been a VERY hot week in many U.S. states this week. Enjoy this snow-capped image; think C-O-O-L with this winter countdown.
Enjoy your weekend, Everyone.

It's been hot and humid here too. Cloudy and coolish this morning though.

That is a magnificent mountain to visit!
Grenville's color seems a little off--is he under the weather? ;)
Beautiful mountain view! Hope you have a nice weekend!
Be glad you're not down here in N. Carolina like I am ! I'll try to concentrate on the snow capped mountain !
Love it! The weather at the top was so nice on Tuesday when we were there. Not too windy either.
I do believe Granville is overheated and melting into the blue screen. Is he still with us?
A bit on the cool side here but rather that than too hot.
Have a great day!
Blogger just refuses to accept my new blog address and I can't figure out why?!
Christer.
Ah, yes... we used to see Mt Washington from our back porch on a good clear day.
