This was Grenville last week.
He does SO enjoy these afternoon hammock rides. While this looks like an earlier post, he changed direction and clothes here. The previous photo was taken in mid-March when temps were in the 70s. Today, there's a wet snowfall and temps in the 30s.
This is the third snowfall this month on the VA eastern shore. It may be gone by early tomorrow morning as rain and warmer temps are forecast overnight.
March certainly is roaring out, but it presented a lovely scene out the front door today.

Lovely shots!
Here we had more snow today, and by the time I leave for home, we might have more snow falling again.
More snow here today too. I'm beginning to wonder if it will ever go away. I enjoyed your pictures. I hope that hammock gets back in the sunshine again soon.
I take it Grenville didn't go for a hammock ride today--coulda been fun! We've been having bright sunshine and today it got up to 44. Things are beginning to melt. We haven't had any fresh snow, but I know yours will be gone long before ours.
If you take down the Winter flag, it will stop. It thinks you still want it!!!...:)JP
I really like your post title.. perfect.. hope that swing can be occupied comfortably soon.
Your snowy shots are beautiful! Grenville could have thrown on a winter coat and enjoyed that Hammock in the first photo! lol
It was so cold at the bus stop this morning, but I did notice that the mounds of snow were becoming a little thinner. The sun is getting hotter and beginning to do its thing even if the temperatures are still abysmal.
We had snow yesterday, but no accumulation (it was mixed with rain).
It is BITTERLY cold today!
No snow here, obviously. Hope it clears up for you so that you can both lie on that hammock.
We had some of that snow stuff here today, too.
Hello! Visiting from Dianna's blog. You have gotten a lot of snow over there this winter. I'm in Va. Beach, not far from the ramp to/from the CBBT. You'll have to give me a shout when you come this way again.
