Water Reflects

Looking down can be as interesting as looking up – maybe more so. These reflections were seen at docks on the Elizabeth River in Portsmouth, VA recently.

I am reflecting that it's good to reflect a little every now and then.

Very nice pictures, Beatrice. I think the reflections in water I like best are in the fall when the leaves are changing colors and they are reflected in the river. :)

You have some lovely reflections there. Reflections made by water are very striking, and walking around I also like to see them in tall buildings.

Looking down can be very interesting. I found a ten pound note on the pavement a couple of weeks ago.:-)

AC, reflecting is always good and often colorful too.

Daisy & Denise, autumn is almost here to capture those leaf reflections too. And buildings with mirrored glass fronts are wonderful for seeing reflections. I once did a whole series on some in NYC.

Thanks, Lois and Christine.

John, looking down was profitable for you, but then I'm not exactly sure of the exact conversion, but is that a little over 16 USD?

Mona, thanks and I know that any you have or will do are sure to be wonderful.

Thanks Christer and Carole.

I took a lot of pictures like this when I was in Maine because I had not ever seen the tide come in and go out before then.
